Returns:
Accepted only for damaged or defective items. Please email clear photos to orders@odetohair.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. Approved returns receive a prepaid label, and refunds are issued after inspection. Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged to ensure freshness and safety.

Handmade Notice:
Each oil is handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients. Slight variations in colour or aroma are normal.

Shelf Life & Storage:
Estimated shelf life is 9–12 months from manufacture when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
